1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern enrollment in the certifying training program "Nutritional medicine & functional micronutrition" offered by NUTRIHEALTH SRL on the NutriHealth Academy platform. This training, delivered as e-learning, takes place over four (4) months and concludes with a certification.
2. Price and Taxes
All prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The training is offered at a price of 1 890 € inclusive of tax, payable in full. Payment in installments is available: three (3) monthly payments of 630 € or four (4) monthly payments of 472,50 €.
3. Enrollment and Access to the Training
Enrollment is confirmed upon the first payment. Access to the training content (e-learning modules, resources and materials) is then opened for the entire duration of the program. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by the provider Stripe Payments Europe. NUTRIHEALTH SRL does not have access to complete bank card data. An invoice is automatically issued for each payment and made available on the platform.
5. Payment in Installments
In the case of installment payment (3 payments of 630 € or 4 payments of 472,50 €), access to the training is opened upon the first payment. Monthly charges continue until payment is made in full, then stop automatically.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian consumer law, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw. However, for digital content and online access provided immediately, access is opened upon payment: by accessing it, the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal for content already viewed.
7. Certification
The training concludes with a final assessment in the form of a clinical case. Successful completion of this assessment leads to the issuance of the corresponding certification.
8. Access and Availability
Access to the content is strictly personal. Any sharing of credentials or any redistribution of the content may result in the suspension of access without refund.
9. Mediation and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the customer may submit a complaint to contact@nutrihealth-academy.com. The customer may also have free recourse to the Consumer Mediation Service (Belgium). This contract is governed by Belgian law.
